Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. Valor Peptides does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.

Order Issues

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photo documentation

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

Resolution Process

Approved claims may be resolved at the sole discretion of Valor Peptides through replacement, store credit, or other appropriate resolution. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled. Valor Peptides is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once confirmed delivered.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders delivered to the address provided at checkout are considered successfully fulfilled.

Chargeback Policy

By placing an order, you agree to contact Valor Peptides directly to resolve any issues prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may be contested with supporting documentation, including order confirmation, shipment tracking, and delivery verification.
