Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 1–2 business days, excluding holidays. Once an order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.

Shipping options are available at checkout and may include standard and expedited delivery. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination.

Shipping Coverage

Valor Peptides currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery, delays, or loss is assumed by the carrier. Valor Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or lost. Valor Peptides is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Product Handling Disclaimer

Products are supplied for laboratory research use only and are shipped in accordance with standard handling procedures. Responsibility for proper storage, handling, and use of materials transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery with supporting documentation. We will review and resolve such cases at our discretion.
